I reread your posts and it appears to me that you are still talking to this guy and welcome his advances. You never blocked him so you can't claim he is harassing you. First of all honestly I don't know why it's important for you that he desires you the most and why do you think it's even the case-he is a player. I don't know why you call it harassment if you are willingly engaging with him. He is married and clearly isn't a nice guy. Block him. If he continues funding ways to contact you, alert the police and have RO. Otherwise just stir away. Have no contact.
