Whenever I go out, I want to stay outside and never return home.
But when I do return home, my energies are drained. I start to become more bitter and negative.

What can I do at home to change this?
How can I spend more time outside, considering my current goal is to create lots of music for instance?
It can even change how I talk to people over the phone.
