at the top of the page you will see the site logo. then under that a bar that goes all the way across saying things like

home conditions quizzes and more things.

underneath that line of options theres another line of options...

forums, blogs, social groups chats.....

click on the one that says "my profile"

you will find your control panel on that page that opens up. look to the left there is a whole list of things you can click on to set your settings, profile,editing ofall the different things you can choose your options.
