I was unable to watch the video so likely don't have the big picture.

My input has to do with goal setting. As a leader instilling this was an art form as it must be tailored to suit the individual. The common thread though is that the goals must be realistic and achievable.

Would it be helpful to set some small goals that work towards the larger good? These must not just be achievable and realistic but measurable. Set yourself a time frame and periodically review your status and work towards the goal adjusting it as necessary. Don't forget to acknowledge your 'wins' and award your successes. Consider those that are not and what you can take away from them.

Consider too building up faith within and for yourself.
