When my appetite is garbage, I rely on some "go to" easy calories. Fruit smoothies are quick to make and better than most things we toss in our stomachs. Being that fresh fruit can go bad so fast, I just buy frozen fruit (strawberries and mangos primarily) add some hot water/yogurt and toss it all in the blender. Just an idea and something that works for me.
