Sorry you are going through this with med withdrawal.
I am experiencing similar with Wellbutrin suddenly decreased by 75% due to dystonia. Stomach is so upset; yet, also get hungry. Eating Imodium and brown rice. No seasonings. (Good thing I enjoy brown rice.)
I sometimes eat "Cream of Rice" (brown rice) hot cereal with baby food fruit (plums, etc.) on top, when stomach is messed up for a prolonged period. I sometimes also eat "Italian ice."
