This morning I did Day 22 of the Low Impact Program, which was a 27 minute long recovery cardio workout and a 10 minute abs routine.
I will also be doing a longer stretching routine before bed tonight.

It helps me to relax and also eases sore muscles. I'll be waking up early tomorrow for Day 23 - this program is almost over and will be followed by another program afterwards. Still trying to decide between the 8 Week Long Program for Busy People, or the 4 week Long FBSweat program.
