Got a special offer for one of these on Amazon. It was a bit of an impulse purchase, but given life ain't so great right now, the meds aren't really helping much and I don't currently have a therapist, I thought why not.

Does anyone else use one? Do you find it helps? I did find my fitbit motivated me to get moving, so I'm hoping the Spire might also be helpful at helping with deep breathing and the like.
