Oh okay. Well at least that helps a bit. It really only bothers me more when I am excluded from work related discussions. I feel like I should be a part of it just in case there is something important. From just a non work related social gathering, I don't care as much. They are all way older than me so I am not really expected to be invited to jang out after work.
