I did much the same thing, but what I do is I like to re-do the test every couple of weeks or every month (or everyweek when things are uber stressful) and I keep a record of each score. Not just save the results, but I have like a diary type of thing where I log the indavidual scores of each section that I find relevant - say for me, depression, mania, borderline traits are three which are consistantly high, so I like track how those change in comparison to what's going on with my life and etc etc etc.

Since starting T, I've found that a pre-session weekly sanity score helps get me into a frame of mind to talk about how things are going, sort of helping T help me, if you will....
