Getting active will make my mind more active. When my mind is more active, especially when I get tired in the evening I have an easier time not being able to calm myself.

In my case, tiring myself out always leads to insomnia and often to anxiety. For me it is normal and nothing I can do anything about unless a doctor would allow me more medication to calm my mind.
