If your visits with current T are that far apart and if you can afford it, keep both T's. I understand you feel current T doesn't seem to be getting you anywhere, have you actually talked to current T about this? Perhaps they feel they are still in the getting you to trust them stage or.. ? If overall, you like current T, it might worth seeing what she can offer once you talk to her about what you are feeling.
