Possible trigger:

When I was 17 ish I was still in school but I had left home and was behaving destructively. I badly burned my back due to leaning on a fire filament while drunk and didn't dress it at all. My math teacher (who I think was the first major object of my Paternal transference/ET tendencies) was also the school first aider. I told him about my wound (which was quite severe) and he cleaned and dressed it with such incredible tenderness and concern that I still get a physical reaction from thinking about it. I had no parents around at the time and this was the first person who had shown me such love and care for a long time.
It wasn't SH, but if it had have been, and that had been a tendency of mine, I more than likely would have done that again so he could touch me again in that loving way.

That shouldn't be your concern as his client though growly, and its up to him to navigate those risks.i think it would be a really good thing to talk to him about those feelings.
