I think the therapist that I want to go see has a different approach than my current T. Current T tells me he is going to do things (like help make my therapy more affordable and that he will respond to my emails) but he continuously falls through on what he says. And he never really offers any advice or solutions to what's going on in my life. But, he hasn't given up on me. And that means a lot to me.
