I've been having issues getting off of my antidepressant also. I am taking venlafaxine, tho, so the withdrawal is a bit different. But, what has helped me is taking it slower. Like really slow. I went to half the dose every night for several weeks, then half dose every 36 hrs for awhile, and now every 48 hrs. My pdoc has given me a bit of free range to manage the taper myself, and I have been keeping him in the loop, of course. Maybe talk to your pdoc and see if there are other dosing options that the med comes in. Venlafaxine is a capsule, so I needed him to prescribe the half dose, and then it being a capsule is partly why I've been extending between doses instead. Best bet, for me, has always been go slower until it feels manageable to go down to the next level.
