I also have a lot of "good time" friends. the kind that dont want to hear Im down today. It helps to bring my troubles to my new friends here at pc.

PS. have you tried to jumble up the exercise routine? maybe try weights. when im down. weights help get out the excess anger i have inside. think about it ok?
