At home I was taking 800 mg 3x/day. But here they've cut it back. I don't know why. Anyway I'm getting seizures in my feet and whatever they're doing isn't working. Heard it's hard to come off of, too. I have a chronic headache that starts up by about 3 or 4 pm.
