If she isnt comfortable with labeling your relationship BF/GF, she has a reason. I wouldn't push it but I also wouldnt allow a level of ohysical intimacy to go to that point either. Fun & communication is good & if it grows into BF/GF great. At 5 months it verybeasily coukd be too soon for her to feel comfortable with that label especislly with her work/career taking her away for 10 months. She may not feel sure about her own futures direction & may not feel right tying either of you into a labeled relationship.

I wouldnt worry about it. Chill & just sit back & see where therelationship goes. Communicate to let her know you care & see how she responds without pushing anything. Time will tell & she will let you know. If you arent interested in waiting for her then that is your issue you need to deal with.
