Hello (((Pinksoil))). I am sorry you are suffering at this time. Cutting back on caffeine may help as well, or mixing your coffee with 1/2 regular and 1/2 decaf coffee may help cut the edge off of the anxiety.
You probably need to go home and call the Dr to let the Dr know how you are feeling, and see if there are any food or drink restrictions for your medication, and let the Dr know how you are feeling, to see if it is normal how you are feeling, or are you taking too much medication. Having a physical may be in order as well to rule out any other possibilities that may causing you to feel this tired. Holidays are always stressful and tiresome and can lead to relapse as well.
