Angelique - Hope you had a good birthday, but sorry that they didn't sing to you. That was mean

But the battery is on its way out and the trackpad doesn't click properly anymore unless you do it in one tiny spot, so it's a bit temperamental. I was told that no one has the parts for it that old anymore, which is really sad. I don't want a new one because they are ridiculously expensive and they took away the DVD drive and I use it a lot to watch DVDs. I know that I could get a separate DVD player to link to it, but I think that's a really inconvenient idea.

But I can't go back to windows - I tried to use my Mum's brand new laptop the other day and wanted to throw it against the wall after 5 mins, and her one before that was always full of viruses despite antivirus software, so even though the cost is much better, I just don't think they last as long without issues. My MacBook Pro has been absolutely problem-free until the last year, and it's still perfectly useable...so I don't really know what to do :/

Talked to my cpn today. We discussed my diagnosis and she said she agrees that it's schizophrenia. She's known me for a good length of time now so I think I trust her opinion. I'm still in two minds about it. But it's days like this that confirm it more for me.
I can sense it too, but it's always dark for me

Wrt the sz diagnosis: if that explanation adds value to your life in some way by providing an explanation and/or help for your experiences, then it's worth going along with. But only you can decide if it resonates with you and adds meaning to your life
