yes a hobby would be a start! i find once i get into one i am more relaxed and creative than i thought i could be. sometimes although i find them too difficult so i start a new one and keep trying to find the one i like. Even working on here is for me a hobby type thing and helps me connect with others who appreciate me as i can be as open or not as i want. i say stay here a while and you'll find alot of people who could use your advice and support.
