I'd be interested in how you score on that quiz. I agree that there are plenty of things that could contribute to elevated scores there. When I took the test it was just after the period when I had been severely depressed and couldn't concentrate well enough to read for a couple of years. Also, those years in grade school that I described were during and after the period when I was being bullied, and there were other stressors that I'm only now identifying as having had an impact, such as my father being in Korea for two years, and the births of my two brothers (I have just recently realized that I think I was my father's favorite until he had sons, and then he preferred them over me). I have always traced the beginnings of my lifelong depression to that period. That was when I started self injuring also.
