I need to lose more weight. Yesterday for example I ate an apple and greek yogurt, a piece of toast with some peanut butter, and a small piece of salmon and some carrots and broccoli. That's not that bad for a full day of food is it?
I feel like I've kind of plateaued in my weight loss. I mean my clothes are very baggy now but it just feels like it's taking forever to lose the rest of the weight. I kind of think it may have something to do with the Invega but I can't get off it. If I got off that I'd lose my damn mind and go back to being batshit crazy and delusional all the time.
Maybe I'm still losing just at a slower rate and don't realize it? Idk, I certainly hope so. Because I don't eat any junk food anymore
