Unless you are on the "talk to a therapist" portion of this site, I think anyone saying they are professionals you should take that info with a grain of salt. Listen to their advice if you want, or don't if you don't, just like anyone else. After all, it is the internet. Would you believe every stranger on the street that says "I can tell you are upset. Tell me what's wrong. I can help. I'm a psychologist."?
