I find that when I eat junk food, white bread, sugar, and sometimes dairy - like cheese, my mood worsens. When I eat healthfully (mainly vegetables and fruits, grains), I have more energy and feel, well, not bad. I don't find myself feeling GREAT. But I don't feel badly as when I eat junk food, white bread, and cheese. Anyone else? I'm kind of fuzzy on meat. I'm not sure if it makes me feel badly or not. I think eating fish makes me feel good. And I have heard negative things about meat health-wise.
