Just completed the main workout of Day 8 of the FBSweat Program - it was a 35 minute long total body workout with weights. Oddly enough I was barely sweating, possibly because it's cooler in the mornings and I had a fan pointed directly at me.

Either way it didn't feel like quite enough work, so I'll probably do the extra credit workout this evening, which is a 16 minute HIIT workout.
I'll post my step count later as well as whether or not I did the extra credit HIIT and if so, how it went.
