Just finished the main workout of Day 9 of the FBSweat Program. Today was a cardio and core workout that was very good, 35 minutes total including the warm up. It wasn't as challenging as it could have been though because during the cardio exercises, I did low impact options so as not to wake my neighbours early in the morning with my jumping.

Otherwise it was a great core workout.
I'll post my step count later and may do a stretching routine tonight depending on how I feel.

I definitely won't be doing the extra credit workout.
