I quit smoking a week ago. I haven't had a cigarette in a week.
I want one so bad! It's killing me not being able to have one in the morning and at night after my daughter goes to bed.
I want to buy a pack so bad, but it would really disappoint my husband, and I'd be disappointed in myself I think. It was just my one treat during the day. I miss going outside and smoking. Maybe I'll feel better in a month and just forget about it.
If you quit, how long did it take until you didn't want one anymore?
(And I'm talking about want and not need. I don't need to have one anymore. I'm over the withdrawal phase. I did it cold turkey. Whew was I grouch! I put a hole in the wall in our bedroom.)
