Lol, yes I could do with siderails on my waggon too.

I agree consistency is important, I am trying to stick with 3 runs a week at the moment and just got a place for a half marathon in a few weeks which I know I can do, just not as fast as I once could. Like you mood stabilisation is the main aim so just completing will be enough for me.

Let's keep on that waggon.
