Guilt shame embarrassment and negative perceptions is a reflections on trauma event of the past toxic people how we formulate ideas about how people are. Since that is a constant you have find their friends who makes them well who can manage that when things in life will constantly brings those back to the surface again and again. Its not that I enjoy the negative it is for us more about acceptance and not too much and comparmentalizing the rest.
