My job requires a drug test after you work 400 hours. I may quit before then. I feel it is none of my jobs business if I am on medication.

I injured myself at work awhile back. I refused to go to the University Health Center for 2 reasons. They would drug test and I don't like unfamiliar Doctors. If they thought drugs or alcohol or prescribed medication was a reason for the injury, they should do immediate performance testing. It is cheaper and quicker than drug tests. Not to mention the joint I might have smoked a week ago or the meds I took that day would not show up. I also I work with a bunch of college students, and many of them experiment with drugs. Boy were they bummed when they found out I was on Adderall. I still don't know why they would want it.

When you get stopped and are suspected of being under the influence, you get a performance test, then the breathalizer.

I am sorry this is a touchy subject with me. Every day I see more and more of my rights being taken away.
