My friend is very sensitive, she can tell the history of a place and she knows things about people's animals that she shouldn't know. She sometimes also feels the presence of an animal before she can see it, which stopped several road accidents.

Is she nutty? Oh yea. She has mood swings, she can be insensitive to others, she can be too easily moved, she can be smart one moment and thick as a brick the next. But she is not psychotic the least. Her mom is psychotic and there is a huge huge difference between those two. It is hard to say what is different, but it is still clear that my friend does not have any psychosis.
