I would definitely see an MD as soon as possible. Your physical symptoms could be the sign of an underlying condition that is being made worse by the meds. I wouldn't stop taking them though until you see an MD.

My daughter was on Lexapro at one point. When her pdoc took her off of them she went from 10 to 5 for two weeks and then 2.5 for two weeks. She had previously been on 20 mg, but he had taken her slowly down to 10 for a few months before completely taking her off them.
