My memory is pretty ****ed from ECT. Thankfully it's recovered some and the last series didn't affect me as much but I've forgotten quite a few important events. I can only remember them through pictures or stories other people tell. It's disheartening but it was necessary.
I don't know about your meds, if any or all of them could be causing cognitive difficulties. Maybe have a chat with your pdoc when you see them next.
