I don't blame you for lowering the Seroquel if your pdoc won't discuss it with you for a month. When I think I need a change in meds or dosages I leave my pdoc a voicemail and he calls me back by the end of that day. He usually agrees with what I've suggested but we've been together many years so that probably helps some. I would wait until I saw him before you reduce your other med.
