My short-term memory sucks. I can quote you the lyrics from a song that came out in 1968, but I can't tell you what I ate for breakfast or even IF I ate breakfast. I blame the Lamictal since I'm on a high dose and the doctors in the hospital told me that this would probably happen. But I can't do without it, so I just put up with the side effects of memory loss and balance problems. It's embarrassing sometimes, especially when I can't remember something I've been told and I have to ask multiple times what was said. But what are you gonna do?
