Of course, the implication is that you may have smoked with him, and that has you concerned? IMO if you are that ignorant about sex, you shouldn't be engaging in it (nor any activity you have such little knowledge of)

There's a line here that shouldn't be crossed: and that is whether or not you agreed to work in a drug free zone. It doesn't matter whether on your personal time you make certain choices. What does matter is if you are holding to an agreement you made. (And this doesn't involve whether your performance is acceptable on the day they might test you either.)

Emwell, I know what you're saying too... but if there was an injury already, wouldn't that preclude the performance test, as if the drug testing came back positive, the injury happening WAS the failed performance test? But I do see what you mean by more and more rights taken away... depends upon what you agreed to, also. I haven't a clue right now as to the effects of Adderall and MJ, but odds are they do affect you. Please stay safe.

Drug testing isn't just about the employee.
