I've had to think about this quite a bit in order to gain clarity on my answer.

I live a mostly moderate lifestyle. I am more apt to be a tad ascetic, which does not allow for optimal balance.

I grew up in poverty. I tend to make decisions as though I am still impoverished to that degree.

I do enjoy a very simple life, in all honesty.
