The problem with a lot of Western medicine, is that they do not tell us what the side effects are, or they boil them down to sound like their nothing. Or that they're very rare. I've been on a gluten-free diet for almost the last three years, and I have not had any suicidal thoughts in over two years. I still have some issues, but my depression has gotten much better. I haven't even been to a psych unit for 2 1/2 years. Before that I was going at least once or twice a year.
