I've experienced many different autoimmune symptoms over the past 20 years from joints I couldn't move without a brace to bald patch (perfect shape of egg) on side of my head that finally grew in few months later. Only thing that ever showed on blood work was ANA positive. But none of it ever enough to make a diagnosis.
