You're doing what you need to in order to break the cycle. You're in IOP and working closely with your doctors. Those are huge steps. You can't expect to pop out of bed one day and shout, "I'm cured!" It takes time. You have the luxury of time. Each small success builds on the next. Going to IOP and having a second set of eyes on your meds are huge steps. If I were you I'd chill a bit and let those two things settle in before you start to concern yourself with your time in bed, cluttered house, and mma.
