
How Did You Sleep Last Night?
Sleep is one of our most important self care things, I think. How we sleep can and will affect our whole day, so getting enough sleep is really important to our health and well being, both mentally and physically.
What you did to get to sleep and stay asleep might be good to mention also, so we all can get a better idea of the kinds of things that have helped others to get a good night's sleep. Conversely, what you did that did not help you get a good night's sleep is also valuable, as it helps us all to see what we should avoid doing if we went to get a good night's sleep.
