I don't know what your g/f thinks regarding your honesty, I'd never presume; but a thought occurred as I read your post. Maybe instead of licking your lips, I actually understand why one would do that, apply some strawberry Chapstick. I am not trying to be sarcastic or hateful!
If you truly believe that you creeped her out and I think you do - Why not try that and talk to her.
Sounds to me she's been with you awhile and so familiar with your quirks
