I actually slept well, which was a relief, because I overslept yesterday. I do this positive psychology thing before going to bed every night, which is to say to myself aloud, "I'm sleeping soundly, I'm sleeping well, I'm sleeping peacefully, I'm sleeping restfully...." over and over again a few times. This helps me get to sleep, and if I wake in the middle of the night, if I remember to, I do it again.
I also take Clonazepam and some other meds to control Bipolar manics, so that helps too, of course.
I usually don't dream, but I had a fascinating dream in which myself and a group were planning a hiking trip and it was my job to carry the salt. I had to carry it in a back pack. It was light. I was relieved by the fact that it was not heavy!
