Thank you ElsaMars. I was diagnosed bipolar 4 years ago. However I don't know what type. Recently some things have been brought to my attention about my mania. I never would have thought that I had delusions, and that the mania lasted that long. I was totally oblivious to it. I am finally accepting my diagnosis, and now trying to reflect on the past to help my future, and now I have many unanswered questions.
