I didn't sleep enough but it was my fault, I was writing and talking to a friend.
I find that the best way to cope with my trouble starting to sleep is to force myself to be up early the next day so I'd be physically exhausted ending up sleeping early. Sometimes it takes days for it to work but then if I try to get into a routine and avoid too much light, put filters in phones and tablets I sleep better. Sometimes I lose my progress but then I do it all over again.
But yep, there are days I don't sleep at all. Or spend a whole night awake and when it's about 11 am I fall asleep or better saying faint. But lately things are better.
