Yeah, I was surprised, too. I expected to try another long term med and he basically just suggested Xanax at that was it.

He prescribed 1mg of the Xanax and I've tried cutting that in half during the day. It wasn't too awful today, but now that it's wearing off I feel sick. Nauseated and almost like rebound anxiety. :-/
