Thank you all for your words and hugs.

I aint gonna lie, its horrible here. But, the people who did come back and are rebuilding. And those who already have rebuilt and moved back in, are doing it all on their own. And its taken a long time to do it. We have faced the facts that if it needs to be done, the only way it will get done is if we do it ourselves. And that mentality is what has carried us this far.

In one of my counseling sessions, i made a goal that i would take my video camera out by the 1st of the year and video something. I still cant get myself to do it. The last time i looked through that camera, what i saw, is what i still see. Everything still looks grey.

I would very much like to make a video for you guys of what is good down here. Just the simple fact of having a neighbor move back, Rocky's reopening, or getting stop signs for the corners again, those small things that mean so much to us.

I try every day when i walk outside or drive someplace to only look forward and not to the side. Cause if i do look to the side, i'm right back where i started from.
