I slept about 6 or 7 hours last night. I've been trying to follow a set routine before bed, and a set schedule. About an hour before going to bed I do deep breathing using a little device called a stress eraser. Also take restoril, melatonin and benadryl. I try to look at nature shows on TV which relax me. Usually I'm up about about 5 or 6 times a night checking doors and windows around the house. This beats manic episodes where I'll stay awake 6 out of 7 nights, with visual, olfactory and auditory hallucinations.
