I don't know how long you have been on meds. It can take up to several months for them to reach full effectivenes. Or so I've heard. I usually know pretty soon if an antidepressant is going to work me. If it has been months and you are not having any relief perhaps you could try a different med. I know being told that it will pass and get better doesn't really help, but it's true.
